I can't win, but I don't feel as bad about it...

I really didn't intend to continue political blogging, but I figured with all the previous Sinclair posts, I should at least mention that the FCC is permitting them to air their "documentary," and has accepted the film as a "news program."

The Ashville Citizen-Times has made me rethink the Sinclair issue somewhat in their gloriously registration-free editorial. So I'm not as upset about it (although I am somewhat miffed at the you-scratch-our-back-we'll-scratch-yours hand the FCC took with Sinclair, strictly speaking as someone working in broadcast television), but unlike the Citizen-Times, I just don't have the same level of faith in the viewing public.
